Refund policy

Since Uberinsta.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and item is delivered. Our product is virtual and shipped digitally and customer(s) while placing an order are entitled to have accepted these terms and conditions. As a customer you are responsible to make your purchase decision and understand these terms upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply, such as, failure to deliver within our specified time due to technical difficulties, customer must ask for refund directly to our contact-us form without raising any non-meaningful claims on Paypal. Any un-authorized transaction claims or false claims raised with Paypal will be discarded as an attempt to scam. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund based on the following grounds and reasons:

1) Non-delivery of the product : in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to be delivered. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 1 day from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.

2) Item not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 1 working day from the date of placing order. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customers false expectations or wishes will be disregarded, for example, if you claim that your campaign was not boosted or allegedly try to prove that then you need to provide solid evidence and otherwise will be reported to Paypal as potential fraud and money laundering attempts.
